Products should be returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned with signs of use outside the 10 days window will not be accepted.
- Items must be in its original unused and unopened condition.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns or exchanges.
- Do note that the return parcel is under customers' responsibility and we are not liable for any lost return parcel or additional taxes incurred for return parcels.
DEFECTS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- While every care is taken on the manufacturing of our products, defects and minor imperfections may exist or appear due to bulk quantities that are being produced.
- If you find flaws in our products and request for an exchange, we ask that you to send us a clear photo / video and description to firstname.lastname@example.org so we know what has happened and can help us to prevent it from happening again. We stand by our products and if you are unsatisfied with it, let us know!
- For defects affecting less than 10% of the total number or value of quantity supplied, we may offer store credits instead or contact you directly to sort things out.
- We may also ship out the differences on the affected defect items or replace the entire batch if deem necessary.
- Please allow 10 working days for the exchange to be processed and delivered.
- All delivery cost on defects replacements will be borne by us.
